01. Administration
We can handle administration including notices, meetings and minutes, correspondence and maintaining records in accordance with the Strata Titles Act 1985. You will have 24/7 access to info through our online client portal, as well as the option to opt in for our exclusive mobile app as an additional tool at your fingertips.
02. Finances & Insurance
We can administer the Strata Company’s bank account and investments, manage levy contributions, provide year-end profit and loss statements and balance sheets. We can also handle many aspects of building insurance and claims.
03. Advice and Compliance
We can help the Council understand the Strata Titles Act and assist with compliance, providing oversight and referring matters to specialist experts as needed. We also help owners with general strata queries. We educate owners and the Council to help foster a high-functioning Strata community.
